Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies thegridbrand.com uses, and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They let a site work properly, stay secure, and (where enabled) understand how it is used.

How we use them

We keep this light. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected through them.

TypePurposeConsent
Strictly necessarySecurity and abuse prevention on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), and core site delivery.Always on. Required for the Site to work.
Analytics (where enabled)Privacy-respecting, aggregated usage measurement (PostHog) to improve the Site. Configured to mask form inputs.Used only where enabled and permitted; you can opt out below.
Functional (chat, where enabled)If our chat widget is turned on, it may set cookies needed to run the conversation.Loaded only after you engage with it.

Third parties

Some cookies are set by the providers that help us run the Site: Cloudflare (bot protection), PostHog (analytics, where enabled), and our chat provider (where enabled). Their use of data is governed by their own policies; we work only with providers that handle data responsibly.

How to control cookies

You can accept, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies”. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site (such as our forms) from working. To opt out of analytics, you can enable your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal, block the analytics domain, or contact us at hello@thegridbrand.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the tools we use change. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
