Who we are

This website, thegridbrand.com (“the Site”), is operated by The Grid Branding Agency Ltd., RC: 7251705 (“The Grid Brand”, “we”, “us”), a branding and growth studio based in Los Angeles, California, working across the United States, United Kingdom, and Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Site.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the Site securely.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence and client relationships, then delete or anonymise it. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security. You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See your rights below.

How we protect it

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and sanitised, protected by bot-detection and rate-limiting, and enquiry details are never exposed in public page code. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent at any time. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell your data). If you are in the UK or EU, these rights come from the UK GDPR / EU GDPR.
