“Own your style.”
Blauvax curates and buys on behalf of clients who care about how they present themselves. The service is intimate; the promise is taste. Our job was to make an invisible service feel like an established house, one clients would trust with their wardrobe and their name.

The Challenge
Personal shopping lives or dies on trust. A client is handing over budget, judgement and their own image to a stranger. With no shopfront and no product of its own, Blauvax had only one thing to prove that it belonged in luxury: its brand. Every touchpoint, a business card, a hang-tag, the tissue in the box, had to read as considered, discreet and expensive, so the service felt like a house that had always been there.
The Idea
Build the brand around a monogram: a single, ownable mark that carries the whole house, from a gold clasp to a storefront.
The Blauvax "B" is drawn as a fluid, ligature-style monogram, part initial, part signature. It behaves the way heritage fashion marks do: it can be embossed small on hardware, tiled into a pattern, or stand alone three metres tall on a facade, and stay unmistakably Blauvax at every size.

The Identity
The palette leads with Dark Olive Green and Pale Salmon: moneyed and quiet rather than loud. Helvetica Now sets everything, so the type never competes with the mark. Wide letter-spacing on the wordmark does the work luxury type always does: it slows the eye down and signals calm confidence.

The Retail Ritual
For a personal shopper, the handover is the product experience. So we designed the whole ritual, the hang-tag, the carrier bag, the sealed box, as one continuous moment, each piece stamped with the monogram so the brand is the last thing a client touches before the clothes.

Wearable Brand
Tiled into a monogram pattern, the mark turns into fabric: tees, a branded cap and stickers that let clients wear the house the way they'd wear any label they love. It extends Blauvax from a service into a lifestyle, the quiet flex of "I have someone for that."

The Campaign
The campaign imagery is styled like fashion editorial, not a service advert, architectural, poised, aspirational. It positions Blauvax alongside the houses it shops, and reminds the client that the point was never the clothes; it was them.

The Environment
On signage, the system proves its final claim: the mark that embosses cleanly onto a clasp also commands a facade. Blauvax reads as a place you could walk into, the last piece that turns a personal service into a house with an address.
